How does per-GB pricing work?
Processing is charged on the original source data size before deduplication. It is a one-time fee - no recurring monthly hosting charges. Once your data is processed, you only pay for AI triage and media on the documents you choose to analyze.
What counts as an AI-triaged document?
Each document sent through batch AI classification counts as one unit. This includes the triage decision, privilege scan, and summary generation. You control which documents get triaged - typically search results or priority custodians, not the full corpus.
Is search included or does it cost extra?
All five search modes (keyword, semantic, hybrid, RAG fusion, and full pipeline) are included with Processing. The AI reranking step in full pipeline mode is also included - it does not consume AI triage credits.
What export formats are included?
All tiers include native load files for Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, and Nuix, plus standard CSV. Custom export formats are available for Enterprise clients.
How does this compare to hosting on Everlaw or Relativity?
